Excellent customer service. How refreshing to use a company and tradesperson who is professional, on time, does what they say they will do and keeps to their word. We could not be happier with the service from George at Elite Shutters and Blinds. Nothing was too much trouble. He was knowledgeable, took care to ensure we got what we needed, he came back as many times as we needed to make the order and get the jobs done. We ordered two blinds for velux windows, and one Roman blind for a loft room. The fitting was done well. Communication was superb throughout. We would highly recommend George and his company.

Elite Shutters and Blinds Enfield fitted superb blinds to our home - we are exceptionally pleased with the service provided by their representative George, who was polite, charismatic, and knew what he was talking about. We had large white Venetian blinds fitted to several rooms in our home. George who visited the same day I inquired, measured up and gave a very competitive price, and the blinds were fitted at least 10 days before the initial dead line, after a 50% deposit was given. I recently moved home to a property with no window coverings or fixtures. I was recommended George by a friend and I am so glad. I was under time pressure to get, at the very least, blinds up in the bedroom and George delivered on the promised timescale (even including the 4 day Easter holiday). He warned me that the others would take 4 weeks and they duly did. The quality of the work is impressive. As well as being friendly and reliable he is incredibly responsive. Let me start by saying there was a thunder and lightning storm last night. The thunder woke me but I had no idea there was lightning until someone told me later in the day. No light got through the shutters!!! They are beautiful, it turns out my windows weren’t straight but when fitted they were made to work with what I have. I am so so pleased with the quality and the look of them. I highly recommend and can’t believe I waited so long. If you’re on the fence do it, I have no regrets
